Leadership Team

Chris Bishop

Founder/President

What do you do at Bishop?

Everything. I work with clients. I manage our core and extended team. I plan for growth, making sure we have the right technologies and processes in place to meet our clients’ needs today and tomorrow.

What does being fearless really mean to you?

It means finding a way to get our clients what they need. Even when there is no way. Especially when there is no way.

What do you do when you’re not Bishop-ing?

I’m a proud dad and husband. I spend a lot of time with my kids. My wife and I enjoy having friends over. I love the Cubbies. I grill. I Netflix. And occasionally, I sleep.

Jeff Sirota

Production Engineer

What do you do at Bishop?

I work with clients’ production files to ensure that they’re ready for print. I pre-flight, troubleshoot and make changes when necessary. I work with our print technicians and project managers to make sure we’re on schedule and in sync with our client partners at every step along the way.

What does being fearless really mean to you?

For me, fearless is about creativity and invention. I love when the client starts a conversation with “I have no idea if you guys can do this…” In many cases, we don’t know how to do what the client is asking us to do. But in figuring it out, we become more knowledgeable and more confident in our abilities. Being fearless is embracing challenges. It’s a mindset.

What do you do when you’re not Bishop-ing?

My interests are wide ranging and eclectic. I produce short films. I play lead guitar in a band. I’m a radio host. And I love hockey. Go Hawks!

Susan Bishop

Vice President

What do you do at Bishop?

This, that, and anything that is needed whether it be operations, financial, sales, human resources, or helping make upper management decisions.

What does being fearless really mean to you?

Seeing the projects as they are – sometimes with fear or concern, and then making smart decisions to make sure the client is happy.

What do you do when you’re not Bishop-ing?

I love spending time with our nearly grown 4 children as well as traveling and exploring new places.

Lexi Ryckman-Harriett

PrePress Technician

What do you do at Bishop?

I do all things file related; preflight, proof, prep for production and design as needed. I work with the Project Management team to understand the goals of the client and apply the practical knowledge of materials and production processes to identify areas of concerns and provide solutions in order to achieve the best finished product.

What does being fearless really mean to you?

Not being afraid to step away from “the way we’ve always done it” and finding the right solutions for new challenges. It’s ok to not know the answers as long as you’re willing to look for them!

What do you do when you’re not Bishop-ing?

Survive! I have two small children, two old dogs and one great husband. When I’m not cleaning up after my kids or trying to get them to put their shoes on for school… I enjoy photography, baking, embroidery and reading.

Sarah Schipp

Account Manager

What do you do at Bishop?

I’m a project manager that works with our clients and our team to oversee all of the aspects of our projects for successful coordination and completion.

What does being fearless really mean to you?

Being fearless to me means that I might not always have the answer but that I’m willing to ask questions to figure it out one way or another. It also means that I’m able to move forward with confidence, knowing that even if I’m going to make mistakes, that I’ll be able to handle them and get to an end result that I can feel happy with.

What do you do when you’re not Bishop-ing?

My friends and family are very important to me so I spend as much time with them as possible. I enjoy going out and being social, concerts, dancing, and anything that involves laughing.

Roger Dold

Production Manager

What do you do at Bishop?

I ensure that the graphics we produce will meet our clients’ desires and our own team’s expectations of high quality.

What does being fearless really mean to you?

Fearlessness means not being afraid to think in a different way, and having the courage to follow through with your ideas.

What do you do when you’re not Bishop-ing?

Anything outdoors to enjoy the diverse natural world our country has been blessed with. I especially enjoy when this involves traveling with my wife and two kids. On lazy days, I spend way too much time watching baseball and college football, especially if Georgia is playing. Go Dawgs!
